Peter Rabbit Pork Chops
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans sliced carrots
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- Drain carrots in a colander and run cold water over them to reduce sodium, and let them drain completely for a couple of minutes.
- Spray 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Place chops in casserole dish, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Arrange carrots on top of meat and top with cream of celery soup.
- Cover casserole dish, and baked at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. (Very thick chops may take a few minutes longer.)
Menu planning suggestion: Serve with wild rice, and complete your meal with some cut strawberries topped with a dab of whipped cream.

Mandarin Orange Pork Chop Casserole
(A favorite baked pork chop recipe of many kids)
If you love recipes with mandarin oranges, this is definitely one for your family’s dinner table! No one will even know how effortless it was to bake.
- 6 boneless chops
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges
- Orange marmalade
- Put chops in a zip lock with the 1/3 cup orange juice; close, and shake to coat meat.
- Place in refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight to marinate until ready for use.
- After pieces have marinated, remove from bag and juice, and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on meat.
- Cover chops with the can of mandarin oranges (with juice).
- Place about 1 teaspoon orange marmalade on top of each piece of meat.
- Cover dish, and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
I think boneless pork chop recipes are best when you’re cooking for kids, and this boneless baked pork chop recipe will brighten your kids day as well with flavorful lemon pepper seasoning.
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup pure olive oil (Pure olive oil is better than Extra Virgin Olive Oil in this instance as it takes the higher heat level that comes with these baked pork chops.)
- 6 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons lemon pepper
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- Pour the olive oil in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Coat both sides of each chop with olive oil by placing each one in the oil then turning over to cover both sides.
- Then sprinkle lemon pepper on both sides in a similar fashion, and arrange in baking pan.
- Drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top of pork pieces.
- Place 1 Tablespoon butter on top of each chop.
- Cover tightly, and bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Menu planning suggestion: Serve with roasted asparagus spears to which you have topped (after cooking) with a little butter, soy sauce, black pepper, and a touch of balsamic vinegar, and add cranberry or blueberry scones to your meal for a nice compliment to the lemon pepper pork chops.
