Chocolate Whey Protein Shake Recipes – A Sensible Luxury

chocolate whey protein shake recipes

Shall we say “Snickers”?

Why yes, we shall!

Whey protein shakes have been used by dieters for their low calorie count and ability to help them feel satisfied longer.  Athletics have feasted on them for their healing benefits.  Moms have given them to their children as a nutritional boost to their diet.

Even if you add a few luxuries (like chocolate pudding (sugar free, that is), coconut, or even a little Nutella), chocolate whey protein shakes are an indulgence that won’t add to your waistline or expand your kids.

With parents struggling to combat childhood obesity in America (and sometimes their own bathroom scale results), it’s nice to know there are some things we don’t have to completely give up on.
