Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 4- 6 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Pour milk into blender
  2. Add chocolate whey powder, peanut butter, and banana.
  3. Top with ice cubes.
  4. Blend and enjoy!

Drink Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. Splenda or other sweetner

  • 4 – 6 ice cubes

Topping Ingredients:

  • Whipped cream to your liking

  3. Blend until well mixed and no ice remains.
  4. Pour into glass and top with some whipped cream.
